You should book your appointment for the next time when you are at the previous appointment. Please be sure to book your appointment in advance so you are not disappointed & leave the correct amount of time between each appointment. Call your local KZ Hair Salon to arrange your next visit.
We understand your personal circumstances can change and you might need to cancel or amend your appointment on occasion. We kindly ask that you please give the salon 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This time-frame enables our staff enough time to reschedule your appointment and offer your cancellation slot to another one of our clients. Please call Kilmarnock 01563 572331.
At every appointment, you can expect an in-depth consultation – to ensure your stylist fully understands the look you want & how to work with your type of hair. From there, you can relax in safe hands – from a new look to a perfectly-applied finishing touch we have you covered.
Some of our stylists are qualified in applying hair extensions for our clients, this depends on the salon and the stylist. We offer a few different types of extensions and prices vary. Please get in touch with your local salon to find out what they offer.
The duration of your appointment will depend on which treatment you are receiving. Usually, if its just a cut only around and hour. Whereas a cut & can can take quite a few hours to complete.
For colouring we use Goldwell, for styling we use KZ Hair products, Cloud Nine & GHD. We are always happy to offer advice & all products used in the salon are available to purchase.
We accept all major credit cards & cash payments.
All of our salons are centrally located with on-street (meter payment required) & nearby car parks.
Prices will vary from salon to salon & depend on the stylist that you see, which treatment you are receiving & the length & contours of your hair. Each hair type varies in health & your hair type may require additional or less products. A stylist’s level is determined by their experience, skill & years in the role. Being colour experts, we never colour hair without a skin test at least 48 hours in advance. You’ll need to pop in, but it only takes 2 minutes. We really can’t put colour on your hair without it. If you’re not sure if you’ve had one before, check with your local KZ salon.
